This place was a recommendation. My daughter went for a nail appointment after being told via messenger on fb that she could just walk in and to come now. We did and waited form 550 till 7.10 to get her appointment. This place is gorgeous and clean, the TV was off from us arriving till 8.05, then one of the girls popped some music on. The shop was full Christmas I know, loads of people wanting to look there absolute best. The staff rotate between customers. They all have certain jobs to do, a bit like a conveyor belt at a supermarket (sorry thats how it felt) after choosing out her colors it was finally her turn to get the design and color she asked for. The man put the colors near her and moved seats to start another client. The girl then came and started to paint her nails half way through I noticed the girl had only used 1 color, she asked for 2, the 2nd color wasnt even touched. When I asked the girl why she hadnt used them both she just shrugged at me. Then the man came over and said is everything ok, I said well apart from the fact you ahvent used the colors she asked for, he ignored that and asked again is everything ok. Again I said no not really she has chosen the colrs and you havent used them both. He just looked at me and shrugged and started speaking chinese to his colleagues. At this point we had been in the salon from 5.50 it was now 8.20 the people had started to clear away and put the nail polishes back onto shelves. My daughter was fed up by now and asked if we could just leave. The girl finished her nails. And she went to pay, they still charged her for the design and colors she chose but didnt actually use both the colors ect. No discount or sorry come back tomorrow we will sort it out. We wont be going back.

I came here to have my accrylics removed earlier this week . And they have not removed the accrylics they have sanded them down and cut them and left the accrylics on top of my natural nails which has now gone soft and caught on my clothing which has lead to my full natural nail bed been ripped off and bleeding . I came back into the salon today for this to be put right and to be spoken to like absolute dog dirt by the staff , accused of ripping them off myself and after waiting nearly an hour to be seen I’ve now been told to come back another day . The staff are extremely rude and un pleasant and the majority of clients in there now were disgusted with their response to me . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!! Terrible terrible service
